摘要
目的 :观察粗针齐刺加隔姜灸治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法 :采用粗针齐刺加隔姜灸治疗梨状肌综合征 36例 ,并与局部封闭治疗 32例进行比较。结果 :前者治愈率为 80 6 % ,总有效率 10 0 0 % ;后者分别为 4 0 6 %和 90 6 %。前者与后者相比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,前者疗效明显优于后者。结论
Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effect of triple needling with thick needles plus ginger partitioned moxibustion on piriformis syndrome. Methods 36 cases of piriformis syndrome were treated by triple needling with thick needles plus ginger partitioned moxibustion and 32 cases by local blocking, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 80 6% and 100 0% in the former, and 40 6% and 90 6% in the latter, respectively with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion The triple needling plus ginger partitioned moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect.
