摘要
在党和国家全面贯彻男女平等基本国策的当下,女性退休问题仍较突出地摆在"50后"女性的面前,特别是知识女性和处级女干部退休的问题,涉及到的不仅仅是女性劳动权的问题,还是如何尊重女性人才和发挥其作用的发展权问题。虽说近几年全国"两会"都将女性退休问题列为议题,但落实到法律和人事制度层面仍相当困难,我们可以从性别文化中寻找其观念形态的深层原因。
Although the equality between men and women,a basic state policy,is implemented by the CPC and the government thoroughly,the "post-50 th women"are confronted with a tricky issue of women's retirements,especially among those intellectual women and female cadres. This issue is not only related to women's labor rights,but also the respect for the talented women and their rights to develop themselves.Though the representatives in the NPC and CPPCC discussed the issue of women's retirements a lot,there are several difficulties in postponing women's retirement age in legal and personnel systems. This thesis tries to find the underlying reason for this issue in ideology from the perspective of gender culture.
