摘要
本文以湖北省开展的农村中小学教师远程培训实践为主要研究对象,从培训组织者的角度调查分析影响评价农村中小学教师远程培训效果的诸多因素,有针对性地提出建立农村中小学教师远程培训评价体系、内容及标准的指导策略。
Based on the research of the rural primary and secondary school teachers distance training practice in Hubei province,from the angle of training organizers,this paper analyses many factors which may influence the training effect. And then the instruction strategies are put forward to establish teachers distance training evaluation system of rural primary and secondary school,and the content and standard as well.
