摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果,为早期糖尿病肾病的预防及治疗提供依据。方法将64例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟中药汤剂。比较两组患者的血糖、血肌酐、蛋白尿水平等肾脏功能指标以及临床总有效率。结果治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐、尿微量蛋白以及尿蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组之75.00%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果显著,降低患者血糖水平更明显,改善肾脏功能更显著。
Objective： To study clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with health education,low salt and low fat diet and insulin injections while patients in treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of ther- apy of control group. Blood glucose levels,serum creatinine,level of proteinuria,and clinical total effective rates were compared. Results： Fasting plasma glucose, postprandial 2 hr blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin of treatment group were lower than those of control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Serum creatinine,urine protein and urine protein levels of treatment group were lower than those of control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The total effective rates were 90.63% and 75.00% in treat- ment group and control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese and western medicine combination achieves satisfactory clinical effect in treating diabetic nephropathy, which is better than western medicine and is worthy of clinical application.
