摘要
我国现代农业的发展呈现出政府推动的特征。在围绕农业科技、土地流转、农业公共服务和农业专业合作组织方面就农民对现代农业的需求状况进行分析发现,在整体上农民对发展现代农业有强烈的需求。在以年龄、学历、收入和职业为特征的人口分层视角下进一步分析可以发现,农民对发展现代农业的需求呈现出较大差异。针对这种差异,本文提出了创新现代农业科技化服务机制、完善土地规模经营的机制、健全农村就业及社会保障机制、建立农业合作组织监督管理机制的对策。
The development of modern agriculture in China shows the characteristics of government promoting. Over analysis of the agricultural science and technology,the land use right transfer,agricultural public service and agricultural specialized cooperative organizations found that farmers have strong demand for developing modern agriculture On the whole.under population stratification perspective characterized by age,education,income and occupational the further analysis found that farmers＇ demand for developing modern agriculture present a bigger difference. In view of the differences,this paper presents the countermeasures of innovating modern agricultural science and technology service system,Perfecting the mechanism of land scale operation,improving the rural employment and social security mechanism and establishing agricultural cooperation organization supervision and management mechanism.
