摘要
对CMZY1-100/40型钻装机在地面试验中钻臂出现的故障进行了描述,介绍了钻臂的结构和功能,分析了产生故障的原因,并采取了相应措施对钻臂进行了优化、改进设计,取得了良好效果。
The failures of the drilling arm of CMZY1-100/40 drilling and loading machine in the course of ground test was described, and the structure and function of the drilling arm were introduced, then the cause of the failures was analyzed. Accordingly some methods were applied to optimize and improve the drilling arm, which were verified to be good effect.
