摘要
为了更好的了解防城港东西湾浮游植物群落情况,于2012年夏季在防城港东西湾108.30°-108.40°E、21.52°-21.71°N范围海域进行浮游植物生态调查和水质调查,分析了该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种、群落结构的多样性特征及水质评价。调查共发现浮游植物44种,其中硅藻种类最多,达42种,各测站的H '、J '、D值范围分别为0.99-2.95、0.22-0.94和1.26~2.67之间;水质调查结果为COD含量均达到第一类海水水质标准,DIP、DIN的含量在海湾的入海河口区域出现有超第四类海水水质标准海水,营养盐指数在0.17~11.09之间,平均值2.98,Redfield比值在10.0~20.0之间,平均值14.8,小于16的Redfield比值。防城港东西湾海域的浮游植物种类较少,结构比较单一,水质呈富营养化状态,氮是影响该海域的浮游植物细胞数量的主要限制因子。
