天钢中厚板加热炉燃耗偏高的原因分析及降耗措施 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低加热炉消耗,实现节能降耗,从炉体结构和生产操作入手,对天津钢铁集团有限公司炼轧厂中厚板车间加热炉燃耗偏高的原因进行分析,通过关键工艺点和设备维护、坯料布局上的控制,确定出影响其燃耗偏高的主要因素包括瞬时流量、冷端温度、空燃比、烧嘴开口度等,制定出相应的工艺要求及考核措施。实践表明,加热炉燃耗明显下降,达到了预期的效果,创造了较高的经济效益。 In order to reduce fuel consumption at reheat furnace and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,the author,from viewpoints of furnace structure and production operation,analyzes the cause of high fuel consumption of reheat furnace at Medium and Heavy Plate Mill,Steelmaking and Rolling Plant,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(TISC).By controlling over critical process points,equipment and billet arrangement,the main influencing factors were determined including instantaneous flow rate,cold end temperature,air-fuel ratio,burner opening and etc.and relevant process requirement and evaluation measures formulated.Practice showed the fuel consumption of reheat furnace dropped evidently,anticipated results had achieved and high economic benefits created.
