摘要
从一件侵犯专利权纠纷案件出发,对权利要求存在明显不清楚缺陷的情况进行了分析和讨论,并总结了该案件对专利申请和专利审查工作的启示。
This paper,starting with a patent infringement dispute case,discusses and analyzes the condition that there is obvious unclear defects for claim of right,and summarizes the enlightenment of this case on patent application and patent examination.
