摘要
研究了阻垢剂聚环氧琥珀酸钠对实验室自配高钙、高氯废水中Ca2+的阻垢性能,并以阻垢率的变化来表征阻垢剂的阻垢效果,通过正交实验得到了聚环氧琥珀酸钠阻止废水中Ca2+形成CaCO3垢的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,阻垢剂投加量15 mg/L,供试废水pH为6.0,反应温度35℃,反应时间12 h为聚环氧琥珀酸钠与高钙废水中Ca2+进行络合反应的最佳反应条件。该条件下,阻垢剂对废水中Ca2+的阻垢率最高达78.32%。聚环氧琥珀酸钠能有效地阻止废水中78.32%的Ca2+形成CaCO3垢析出,沉积在好氧活性污泥上,提高了活性污泥的生物活性,有利于含钙污泥减量化,节省了污泥处理的成本。
The scale inhibition performance of polyepoxysuccinic sodium was studied in the wastewater with high calcium and chlorine,and the change of inhibition rate was introduced to characterize the effect of scale inhibitor. The orthogonal experiment was utilized to obtain the optimal process condition that poly-epoxysuccinic sodium prevented Ca2 + formed CaCO3 deposited on the surface of activated sludge in the wastewater. Result showed that the operation conditions were optimized with scale inhibitor dosage of 15 mg / L,pH of 6. 0,reaction temperature of 35 ℃ ,and reaction time of 12 h,respectively. The scale in-hibitor can prevent 78. 32% Ca2 + formed CaCO3 in the wastewater. The polyepoxysuccinic sodium effec-tively prevented 78. 32% Ca2 + formed CaCO3 deposited on the surface of the aerobic activated sludge,im-proved the biological activity of the activated sludge,conduced to calcium sludge reduction,and saved the cost of sludge treatment.
