摘要
目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中细胞凋亡与bcl -2基因表达的关系。方法 采用原位末端标记法 (ISEL )和免疫组织化学技术检测 40例胰腺癌组织及 14例慢性胰腺炎组织细胞凋亡指数 (AI)、凋亡相关基因bcl -2蛋白的表达情况。结果 胰腺癌组织中的AI均值明显高于慢性胰腺炎组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,随肿瘤进展 ,AI逐渐降低。在胰腺癌组织中bcl -2蛋白阳性表达率为 30 .0 %( 12 /40 ) ,bcl -2蛋白高表达组与低表达组的AI均值相比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞凋亡相对减少在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。bcl -2蛋白参与胰腺癌组织中细胞凋亡的调节。
Objective To investgate the relationship between cellular apoptosis and the expression of genes bcl-2 in pancreatic carcinoma tissues.Methods The apoptotic cells index(AI) were identified by in situ and labeling(ISEL).Immunohistologic staining for expression of bcl-2 protein was performed on 40 pancreatic carcinomas and 14 chronic pancreatitis.Results The mean AI in the pancreatic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in chronic pancreatitis(P<0.01) and there was a tendency to increase of the mean AI with the progress of pancreatic cancinoma.The positive expression rate of bcl-2 gene was 30.0%(12/40).High expression of bcl-2 protein showed an average AI of 2.71,low expression of bcl-2 protein had an average of AI 3.10(P>0.05).Conclusion Apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogensis of pancreatic carcinoma,the bcl-2 protein takes part in the regulation of apoptosis in the pancreatic carinoma.
