摘要
目的:观察杨梅酮体外对人肺腺癌A549、人早幼粒白血病HL-60及肝癌HepG2细胞的作用。方法:用3H-TdR渗入法观察杨梅酮体外对A549、HL-60及HepG2细胞的抑制作用。结果:杨梅酮对A549、HL-60及HepG2细胞均有很好的抑制作用,并且具有较好的量效关系。结论:杨梅酮具有很强的抗肿瘤作用,为进一步开发成抗肿瘤药物提供实验依据。
Objective：To observe the effect of Myricanone on resisting the human lung adenocarcinoma A549,human acute myeloid leukemia HL- 60 cells and human Hepatic carcinoma HepG2 cells in vitro. Methods：Sensitivity test of3H-TdR incorporation assay was used to detect the effect of inhibiting A549 cell,HL- 60 cell and HepG2 cell by Myricanone in vitro. Results：It showed that Myricanone had good inhibition to A549 cell,HL- 60 cell and HepG2 cell and also had a dose- dependent manner. Conclusion：Myricanone had good effect on resisting tumor and can provide experimental evidence for further developed into anticancer drugs.
