摘要
随着时代的发展,大学生非婚同居已十分普遍,女大学生因非婚同居怀孕而被迫终止妊娠的现象也愈演愈烈,现状令人堪忧。从校方、女大学生自身、现行法律的救济机制等方面研究女大学生非婚同居终止妊娠后权益保护存在的问题,进而分析女大学生非婚同居终止妊娠后权益保护受阻的原因,提出非婚同居中女大学生终止妊娠后权益保障的对策,保护非婚同居中女大学生终止妊娠后的合法权益,使其因非婚同居终止妊娠后权益受损时,能及时、有效的得到法律的救济。
With the development of the society,non-marital cohabitation have been very widespread among college students,the phenomenon of female students forced to terminate the pregnancy during non-marital cohabitation become intensified,and the status quo is worried. In order to protect the legal rights of college female students of nonmarital cohabitation after pregnancy termination,the paper through analysis the reasons for infringing female students＇ legal interests after pregnancy termination during non-marital cohabitation,and trapped by make specific recommendations in detail and legally feasible suggestions to protect female college students＇ legitimate rights and interests during non-marital cohabitation after the pregnancy termination.
