鸡舍不同位置对有窗式鸡舍内环境指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验采用自然沉降法和纳氏试剂法,研究有窗式鸡舍内不同位置对温度、相对湿度、氨气浓度和细菌总数等环境指标的影响。结果表明:东西走向上,细菌总数存在显著差异,东部显著高于西部(P<0.05),其他各环境因子差异不明显(P<0.05);南北走向上,相对湿度和氨气浓度差异明显,南部显著高于北部(P<0.05),而温度和细菌总数差异不显著(P>0.05)。另外,鸡舍内外环境之间也存在一定差异。研究结果表明,有窗式鸡舍内不同位置其环境指标有所不同,应该适当利用环境调控手段如通风、控温等,以创造出相对均衡一致的养殖环境。 This paper mainly studied the effects of different locations on the environmental factors in the semi-enclosed henhouse. The total number of bacteria and ammonia concentration were measured by natural sedimentation method and Nessler reagent method, and the temperature and humidity were examined as well. The results showed that, from east to west, significant differences were detected in the total number of bacteria, and the bacteria number in the east was significantly higher than that in the west (P〈 0.05) ; however, other environmental factors were not significantly different (P〈0.05). The relative humidity and ammonia concentration were significantly different from the north to south with data in the south evidently higher (P〈0.05). Additionally, no significant differences in temperature and the total number of bacteria were revealed (P〉0.05). However, the internal and the external environment displayed remakable difference. To conclude, location brought with some differences in environmental factors in the semi-open henhouse, and environmental control methods such as ventilation, temperature control, etc. should be utilized to manage a relatively balancing feeding environment for house livestock.
