摘要
红山嘴油田为低渗透的非均质性低能、低产油田,现有的常规型抽油机配置参数已经达到最佳状态。本文优化试验三种低冲次减速工艺,对减速工艺的原理分析和现场使用效果分析对比,低冲次工艺在稀油区低产井上应用效果良好,降低了抽油机运转冲次,产液量平稳,大幅度提高泵效,降低电能损耗。并且优选出适合红山嘴油田的低冲次工艺,降低能耗、节能挖潜、增加效益。
Hongshanzui Oilfield has low permeability,heterogeneity,low- energy,low- yield characteristics.At present,conventional pumping configuration parameters have been adjusted for optimal. In this paper,three lower- speed- deceleration processes are optimized,and the theory and application of the technology are analyzed and compared. For thin oil stripper wells,this technology has good application effect,on the one hand,which can reduce the pumping times,and ensure a stable production. In addition to this,pump efficiency significantly improved,and energy loss decreased. Through optimized process for Hongshanzui oilfield,lower energy consumption,energy- saving potential,increase efficiency are obtained.
