摘要
在实际生产过程中,AHV-Ⅳ震源低压氮气囊储能器出现问题是造成液压油散热器损坏的重要原因,且一旦损坏,很难修复。本文阐述了氮气储能器的工作原理,介绍了储能器的作用,分析了导致液压油散热器损坏的原因,并详细地介绍了氮气储能器及电路的改进方法,从而有效地保护了液压油散热器和液压系统。
In the process of practical production, the main reasons caused the damage of hydraulic oil radiator of AHV- IV vibrator is due to the problems of low pressure nitrogen air bag accumulator, once damaged, it is very difficult to repair again till now. This paper describes the principle and function of nitrogen gas accumulator. Then the paper introduces the improvement method for nitrogen gas accumulator in detail. The improvements proved to be effective to protect the hydraulic oil radiator system.
