摘要
介绍了首秦公司X70管线钢的工艺路线及控制要点,分析了钢液硫含量及非金属夹杂物控制情况。结果表明,按工艺控制要点操作后,LF炉精炼结束时钢液硫含量降至0.001O%以下,RH吊包时钢液T[O]含量约为0.0009%,当量直径为15μm的夹杂物数量为0~0.12个/mm2,显著提高了钢液洁净度,满足了高品质钢种对硫含量及非金属夹杂物的控制要求。
This paper introduces the process route and controlling points of Shouqin X70 pipeline steel, analzes the sulfur content and non-metallic inclusion controlling situation in molten steel. The result shows according to the operation process , the sulfur content in molten steel decreases below 0.001% with the end of LF refining process, the inclusion removal rate is 64%—81%, T[O]content in molten steel is about 0.000 9% in RH hanging bag, the 15 μm equiualent diameter inclusion quanlity is 0—0.12 per mm2. The molten steel cleanliness level improves significantly and the controlling demand of sulfur content and non-metallic inclusion meet the demand of high quality steels.
