摘要
分析了固网终端远程管理系统在网络中所处的位置及功能,在原有人工装维流程的基础上,规划制定了RMS业务自动流程方案,并针对实现业务自动发放涉及到的方案实施步骤进行了论述。该系统的建立,可以实现FTTH业务的自动工单的流转和业务发放,减轻运维人员的工作强度,提高工作效率,满足FTTH终端大规模放装的管理和维护需要。
This article analyzes the positioning and functions of Remote Management System （RMS） for fixed network terminal. It proposes a plan for automat-ic processing of RMS services are established based on the manual installation and maintenance process, and describes the implementation measure with regard to the realization of service auto-activation. This sys-tem can reduce operation and maintenance work to improve efficiency and meet the needs of massive in-stallation of FTTH terminals.
