摘要
针对传统二次冷却控制不当出现的铸坯缺陷,对弧形连铸机二冷水系统的设计进行改造。在原有的控制系统基础上,通过配置现场检测和调节设备,实时采集现场信号送至PLC。同时增加PLC内部的PID功能模块,以水管的实际流量作为反馈量,完善PLC程序,使系统由原来较为简单的开环控制系统升级为闭环控制系统,以实现对水量的精确控制,获得铸坯最佳冷却效果,满足生产工艺需要,降低漏钢率,提高铸坯外形质量。
