摘要
胸腰椎骨折在临床上以爆裂性骨折常见,其治疗问题历来争议较大,有赖于分类作指导。尽管胸腰椎爆裂性骨折相关分类较多,但均不完善,目前尚无一种被医师广泛接受而又非常实用的分类方法,而科学、实用的分类方法对于胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的诊断及治疗具有重要的指导意义。基于此,该文对目前临床常见胸腰椎爆裂性骨折分类予以综述。
Thoracolumbar burst fracture is common among clinical traumatic thoracolumbar fracture cases,the treatment for it is usually controversial which should depend on the classification as a guide.Although there are several methods for the classification of thoracolumbar but fracture,none of them is perfect and currently there has been not a single method practical enough and widely accepted by doctors.However,scientific and practical methods for the classification of thoracolumbar bmst fractures have a guiding importance to the diagnosis and the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.Here is to make a review of the progress in the current clinical classification of thoracolumbar bmst fracture.
