摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压对载脂蛋白ApoAⅠ、ApoB的影响,从客观数据反映耳穴贴压疗法对动脉粥样硬化、冠心病等心脑血管疾病的防治作用。方法将164例载脂蛋白异常的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组82例。治疗组采用耳穴贴压配合常规药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。两组治疗后抽血化验载脂蛋白,比较ApoAⅠ、ApoB及ApoAⅠ/ApoB比值。结果两组治疗后ApoAⅠ、ApoB及ApoAⅠ/ApoB比值与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ApoAⅠ、ApoB及ApoAⅠ/ApoB比值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压疗法能有效调节ApoAⅠ、ApoB和ApoAⅠ/ApoB比值,降低心脑血管疾病的风险。
Objective To observe the effect of auricular point sticking on Apolipoprotein A I and B （ApoA I, ApoB）, and to objectively reflect the preventive and therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking on cardiocerebral vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 164 patients with abnormal apolipoprotein levels were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 82 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by auricular point sticking plus regular medication, while the control group was by the medication alone. ARer intervention, the subjects all underwent blood test for comparing ApoA I , ApoB, and ApoA I/ApoB. Results After intervention, the ApoA I , ApoB, and ApoA I/ApoB were changed significantly in both groups （P〈0.01, P〈O.05）. There were significant differences in comparing the ApoA [, ApoB, and ApoA l /ApoB levels between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking can effectively modulate the ApoA I, ApoB, and ApoA I/ApoB levels, thus reducing the risk of cardiocerebral vascular diseases.
