摘要
目的:通过对灾区传染病、食物中毒等突发公共卫生事件进行监测和预警,实现传染病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗及对传染病和突发公共卫生事件的早控制。方法在云南鲁甸地震灾区建立症状监测、实验室监测、风险监测相结合的综合疾病监测系统,采用3日、7日平均数法对症状监测数据进行预警分析,根据实验室监测数据计算监测的敏感性和特异性。结果在鲁甸地震灾区建立了包括185个监测点的综合疾病监测系统,监测过程中产生6个预警信号,其中1个经现场调查后确认为食物中毒。采集33份患者标本,筛查出1例季节性流感、1例细菌性痢疾、1例轮状病毒腹泻。共监测到20个风险隐患转相应部门排查,饮用水、环境卫生、食品卫生等方面的风险隐患所占比例较高。结论包含症状监测、实验室监测和风险监测的综合疾病监测系统,在灾后防病中能互相补充,提高疾病发现的敏感性和特异性,并促进多部门的协作。
Objectives To analyze the effects of comprehensive disease surveillance system established in the earthquake-stricken area, including surveillance of symptoms of infectious diseases, laboratory tests, and risks. Methods A comprehensive disease surveillance system, including surveillance of symptoms of infectious diseases, laboratory tests, and risks was established in the earthquake-striken Ludian, Yunan Province, to conduct early warning analysis by 3-day and 7-day average methods, and to calculate the sensitivity and specificity of laboratory surveillance data. Results A comprehensive disease system with 185 surveillance points was established. Six warning signals were produced during surveillance, one of which was recognized as food poisoning after field investigation. 33 samples were collected from patients and one case of seasonal influenza, one case of bacterial dysentety, and and one case of rotavirus-caused diarrhea were screeened. 20 suspected cases were referred to relevant sectors for further investigation. Conclusion Comprehensive disease surveillance system capable of surveying symptoms of infectious diseases, laboratory tests, and risks of diseases that is eatablished after earthquake promotes the sensitivity and specificity of the surveillance system and multisectoral cooperation.
