摘要
目的 为暂时性体外胫后动脉旁路术提供解剖学依据.方法 对5例成人尸体10侧下肢标本的胫后动脉、胫前动脉、腓动脉及其分支进行解剖学观测.结果 本组研究未发现胫后动脉缺如,全长(291±31)mum,显露部下端外径(2.8±0.5) mm.胫后动脉在小腿内侧发出穿支皮动脉存在率100%,平均发出(4±2)支,动脉外径(1.5±0.5) mm,发自中上1/3的穿支皮动脉长度最长(6.5±3.5) cm.结论 胫后动脉及小腿内侧穿支皮动脉在小腿走行恒定,变异率小,管径粗大,易于操作,供区影响小,是暂时性体外胫后动脉旁路手术的理想选择.
Objective To provide anatomical basis for Temporary Ex Vivo Posterior Tibial Artery Bypass for Iliofemoral Artery Injury.Methods The approach is to make anatomical observation on posterior tibial artery,anterior tibial artery,peroneal artery and its branches in 10 sides of lower extremity specimens of 5 cases of adult cadavers.Results The study did not find the posterior tibial artery agenesis.Full length is (291±31) mm,outside diameter of lower end of exposed portions was (2.8±0.5) mm.The Probability that posterior tibial artery send out its cutaneous perforating branches in the inside of the leg was 100%.Sending (4±2) branches on average,outside diameter of the artery was (1.5±0.5) mm.The length of cutaneous perforating branches that were send from the upper 1/3 of the posterior tibial artery was (6.5± 3.5)cm in max.Conclusion Posterior tibial artery and its cutaneous perforating branches in the inside of the leg traveling constant in the leg,in a low mutational rate,having large diameter,easy to be operated,making little impact on donor area.They are the best choice for temporary ex vivo posterior tibial artery bypass for iliofemoral artery injury.
