摘要
实时工业以太网EtherMAC采用标准硬件,通用性、开放性好,为实现对封闭的MECHATROLINK-III协议的控制,对两种以太网协议进行了研究,提出了一种基于EtherMAC总线的实时工业以太网网关方案,给出了两种总线的机制和特点、网关的软硬件设计,将MECHATROLINK-III协议专用芯片嵌入在EtherMAC子节点中,使EtherMAC的子节点成为MECHATROLINK-III的主站。在CODESYS平台编写了测试程序,经实验验证,设计的网关产品满足工业控制应用的要求。
EtherMAC is a kind of real-time industrial Ethernet,uses standard hardware and has good univer-salization and openness. In order to achieve the control of MECHATROLINK-III protocol, this paper come up with a design of real-time industrial Ethernet gateway based on EtherMAC. The gateway embeds the MECHATROLINK-III ASIC on the board and performs as an EtherMAC child node, at the same time, a MECHATROLINK-III master. The test program is based on CODESYS, according to the experimental veri-fication, the designed gateway can reach the requirement of industrial control.
