SiO_2光子晶体的制备及其自组装带隙特性研究

摘要 首先运用Stober溶胶凝胶法制备单分散Si02球形颗粒,通过扫描电镜研究各种反应条件如氨水浓度、无水乙醇的量、TEOS的浓度、温度等对二氧化硅的颗粒大小和形貌的影响,并通过SEM对样品的表面形貌进行了表征。通过研究改变垂直沉积法的各种条件对组装成的Si02光子晶体的带隙特性的影响。分析微球粒径、悬浮液中微球的体积分数、基片与液面之间所成的角度对光子晶体带隙性能的影响,并总结了较佳的垂直沉积法条件。 Monodisperse SiO2 colloidal microspheres were synthesized by Stober sol gel. Effects of the composi-tion ratios of the reactants and the reaction conditions on the SiO2 particle size and morphology were mainly investi-gated by using SEM. Furthermore, photonic crystal films were prepared through the vertical deposition method us-ing different diameter, different concentrations of silica gel microspheres,and the transmission spectrum of PCF was measured. Through changing vertical deposition conditions such as microspheres particle size, the volume fraction of microspheres in the suspension and the angle between substrate and liquid surface, photonic crystal band gap charac-teristics was analyzed.
