摘要
为了解决偏钾石盐型钾盐矿在平原地区采用旱采法生产氯化钾存在的尾盐、废水无法处理的问题,提出了一种采用循环蒸发—热溶结晶法生产氯化钾的新工艺。通过理论分析和实际试验,对采用该法生产氯化钾的工艺路线、控制指标、主要设备选型进行了研究,取得了工程化阶段可以生产出高质量氯化钾的工艺设备条件,经现场试验,已生产出高品质的产品。该法成为国内外生产高品质氯化钾的最新工艺。
The tail salt and wastewater in potassium chloride production with drying mining method in the sylvine potash mine in the plain area were unable to deal with.In order to solve this problem, a new cycle evaporation and hot-meh crystallization method to produce potassium chloride was proposed.The process route, control indicators, and selection of main equipment were studied through theoretical analysis and practical experiment.Process and equipment conditions which could produce high quality potassium chloride products were achieved in engineering stage.Through the field test, high quality products had been produced.This method will become a new technology for the production of high quality potassium chloride in China and abroad.
