不同能量水平日粮对豪猪生长性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Different Energy Level Diets on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Parameters of Hystrix hodgsoni

摘要 考察了5种不同能量水平日粮对生长豪猪生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响,探讨不同日粮在豪猪生产中的应用效果,为科学配制豪猪日粮提供理论依据。试验采用单因子试验,选取3月龄左右体质健康的生长豪猪90只,随机分成5个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只豪猪。各组试验分别饲喂16.20,16.65,17.13,17.54,17.88 MJ/kg的5种不同能量水平的日粮,试验期28 d。研究结果表明:(1)随着日粮能量水平的增加,日增重呈先上升后下降的趋势。能量水平为17.54 MJ/kg试验Ⅳ组日增重最高(47.65 g/d),16.20 MJ/kg试验Ⅰ组日增重最小(41.64 g/d),二组日增重差异显著(P<0.05);不同组之间采食量和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)随着日粮能量水平的增加,干物质、粗脂肪、钙、粗蛋白、粗纤维、无氮浸出物、总能表观消化率先上升后下降,磷表观利用率呈先下降后上升趋势。(3)不同能量水平日粮对生长豪猪尿素氮的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);随着日粮能量水平的增加,白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、总蛋白、谷草转氨酶、球蛋白的含量先上升后下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。饲喂能量水平为17.54 MJ/kg的试验组Ⅳ日粮,豪猪可以取得较好的生长效果;饲喂能量水平为17.13 MJ/kg日粮的试验组Ⅲ,豪猪对日粮消化率较好。综合生长性能和经济效益来看,5种不同日粮中以能量水平为17.13 MJ/kg日粮效果最佳。 In order to provide the theoretical basis evidence for raising Hystrix hodgsoni Gray, the effects of diets with different energy level on the performance, nutrient digestibility and blood bio- chemical parameters of the the animal was investigated in this study. Ninty 3-month-old growing Hys- trix hodgsoni Gray were randomly assigned to 5 diets containing 16.20, 16.65, 17.13, 17.54 and 17. 88 MJ gross energy treatments ( 3 replicates of 6 per replicate) in a single factorial test. The test las- ted 28 d. The results showed that with increase of dietary energy level , the daily weight gain of hys- trix hodgsoni Gray declined after rose. The daily weight gain of Hystrix hodgsoni Gray in experiment group VI was increased to 47.65 g/d while that of Hystrix hodgsoni Gray in experiment group I was declined to 41.64 g/d, and there was significantly different (P〈0.05) ; ADFI and F/G among 5 groups were not significantly different (P〉0.05). Withincrease of dietary energy level, the apparent digestibilities of DM, EE, Ca, CP, CF, NEF, GE were declined after rose while that of P rose after declined for growing Hystrix hodgsoni Gray. With the increase of dietary energy level, the content of ALB, AST, TB, AST, GLB among all groups were declined after rose and there were significant difference (P〈0.05), while urea N was not significant difference (P〉0.05).The growth perform- ance of growing hystrix hodgsoni Gray fed with 17.54 MJ energy level diet were better than that of other groups. And apparent digestibilities of 17.13 MJ energy level group were the best among all groups. To consider the growth and economic benefit, the 17.13 MJ energy level diet was the best one for growing Hystrix hodgsoni Gray.
