摘要
对高效液相色谱条件下检测盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液中有关物质的3种方法进行比较研究。结果表明,该3种方法均能检测出盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液中主药及有关物质,方法 2能检测出含量较低的杂质,此方法灵敏度更高,更适合盐酸消旋山茛菪碱有关物质的检测。
The three methods of determination the related substances of raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection under the condition of high performance liquid chromatography were studied comparatively. The results showed that the three methods can detect main drug and related substances of raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection. Method 2 can detect the lower content of impurities. It had higher sensitivity and was more suitable for the analysis of related substances of the raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection.
