摘要
微信作为一种新兴的掌上交流软件,其便捷快速的信息接收和传输方式受到越来越多人的青睐。借助微信平台传播快、受众广、影响力大的优势,能有效发挥"气象微信"在城市防灾减灾中的积极作用,进一步提升气象部门的服务能力。阐述了微信及微信公众平台的概念,分析了微信公众平台深受公众青睐的原因,介绍了气象微信公众平台可实现的主要功能,并从官方气象微信的定位、用户的发展、内容的提升、团队的运营等方面,讨论了关于气象微信公众平台发展的问题。
Micro-letter, being as an emerging handheld communication software, is favored by more and more people because of its convenient and rapid information receiving and transmitting mode. With the help of micro-letter platform’s advantages of fast transmission, wide audience and big influence, can give effective play to the active function of meteorological micro-letter in urban disaster prevention and mitigation, and can further enhance the service ability of the meteorological department. This paper expounds the concepts of micro-letter and micro-letter public platform, analyzes the reasons why the MMPP is favored by the public, introduces the main realizable functions of MMPP, and discusses the development of MMPP from aspects of the positioning of the official meteorological micro-letter, the development of users, the upgrading of contents, and the operation of the team, etc.
