摘要
随着现代农业经济发展及居民消费水平的提高,我国农产品需求实现了快速增长,与此同时农产品供给与需求多样化矛盾也逐渐突出,国家惠农政策及宏观调控起到了一定作用,但农产品产销失衡、价格不稳定依然存在,"谷贱伤农"问题没有得到根本解决。从农产品供应链管理角度分析,提出整合供应链各物流节点资源,实现物流、信息、资金三流合一,构建响应型供应链整体策略,将农户纳入供应链管理,分享供应链整体利润,避免谷贱伤农。
With the modern agricultural and economic development and the increased consumption level,while China＇s demand for agricultural products achieve rapid growth,diverse contradiction of supply and demand for agricultural products appears.National policies of benefiting farmers and the macro-control has played a certain role,but the imbalance of production and marketing,price instability still exist and cheap-grain-hurts-the-farmer problem has not solved.From the perspective of the agricultural products supply chain management,this article put forward the integration of logistics node resources in supply chain,combination of logistics,information and capital,the overall strategy to construct the response-typed supply chain,the farmers＇ involvement in the supply chain management,and sharing the profits of the whole supply chain.
