摘要
民族地区旅游业发展问题日益受到关注,旅游业对西藏山南地区经济、文化、社会等方面的影响已是一个不可回避、有待探讨和解决的问题.山南地区旅游业虽然取得了明显的成绩,但面临着发展的急迫要求与社会均衡发展目标之间的矛盾,同时受区位特殊、地区经济总量小、社会总体发育程度低等因素的制约,该地区旅游发展对政策的依赖性较强.因此,立足山南地区旅游产业发展的现状、特点及面临的困难和机遇,全方位的剖析山南地区旅游产业政策的可行性,深入探索和思考今后一个时期山南地区旅游产业发展的基本战略和政策措施是非常必要的.
There is growing concern about the development of tourist industry in ethnic minority areas .Tourism ’ s influence to economy , culture and society in Shannan Area has been an unavoidable problem to be discussed and solved .Although Shannan ’ s tourism has achieved a lot obviously , it faces the conflict between urgent requirement of development and social balanced programme to promote all -round development .Besides , it is conditioned by the locational factors , the small budget of economic and the low degree of social overall development , so that its tourism development has strong dependence on the policy .Consequently , it is very necessary to analyze the feasibility of Shannan Area ’ s tourism policy in every respect based on the current situation and the features of tourist industry in Shannan Area and explore the basic strategies and policy measures of Shannan Area ’ s tourism in the next period .
