摘要
目的探讨手术室医务人员血源性感染主要原因以及相关防护措施实施,以提高其防范手术室血源性感染的意识。方法回顾性分析2010年2月-2012年9月135名血源性感染的手术室医护人员资料,分析其感染疾病类型以及感染途径,并根据美国疾病控制预防中心设计的职业暴露调查问卷并结合医院的相关实际情况,设计手术室血源性感染的调查问卷。结果 135名手术室医护人员血源性感染途径中,110人被锐气割伤、刺伤,占81.48%;乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病是手术室医护人员血源性感染的主要疾病,分别占61.48%、20.00%、10.37%;被感染的医护人员中大多数未重视日常工作的防护措施,严格戴手套进行操作的人员最少14人,占10.37%,而偶尔戴手套甚至不戴手套的医护人员约占70.00%。结论血源性感染是手术室医务人员感染中最主要的感染,预防血源性感染对手术室医务人员感染的控制具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the main causes for hematogenous infection in medical staffs in the operating room and the implementation of relevant protective measures so as to improve their awareness of prevention of hematogenous infection.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the data of 135 medical staffs with hematogenous infection in the operating room during Feb.2010 to Sep.2012 were conducted to analyze the type of infection and the infection route.The questionnaire for hematogenous infection in the operating room was designed based on the occupational exposure questionnaire designed by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention（U.S.）and the relevant actual situation in the hospital.RESULTS Among the 135 cases,110cases（81.48%）were due to slash or prick by shape instruments.Hepatitis B,hepatitis C,and HIV infection were the main types of hematogenous infection among medical staffs in the operating room,which accounted for 61.48%,20.00%,and 10.37%.The majority of the infected medical staffs did not attach great importance to the daily protective measures.Staffs that were strictly gloved accounted for at least 14people（10.37%）,however,about 70.00%of medical staffs seldom or even did not wear gloves.CONCLUSION Hematogenous infection is the main type of infections among medical staffs in the operating room.Prevention of hematogenous infection has great importance for control of infections among medical staffs in the operating room.
