摘要
目的:对丹参酮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)的临床疗效进行观察。方法:对患者的临床症状、体表心电图、血液流变、运动耐力等进行观察,比较丹参酮治疗和常规治疗冠心病的效果以及对心脏功能的影响。结果:使用丹参酮的临床总有效率为80.00%,要比常规治疗的64.00%更为显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:使用丹参酮治疗冠心病,治疗效果更加显著。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of tanshinone on coronary heart disease. Methods： Patients’ clinical symptoms, ECG, blood rhedogical, exercise tolerance were observed; effects of tanshinone and conventional treatment on cardiac function were compared. Results： The total efficiency of tanshinone was 80.00%, obviously higher than 64.00% of the routine treatment, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Tanshinone shows great effects on coronary heart disease.
