摘要
目的:观察采用规范中医方案临床治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择我院自2008年7月-2013年4月收治的207例患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为治疗组108例与对照组99例,对照组患者采用常规西医用药治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上,根据中医辨证分型,给予汤药治疗。结果:两组患者一般临床疗效及心电疗效有效率进行比较,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用规范中医方案治疗冠心病合并心绞痛,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative efficacy of TCM medicine on coronary heart disease plus angina. Methods： The clinical data of 207 patients in our hospital from July 2008 to April 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group （108 cases） and control group （99 cases）, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group was given TCM medicine more. Results： Clinical efficacy and ECG efficacy in the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine shows a good clinical effect on coronary heart disease with angina.
