摘要
目的:了解滋阴清热口服液治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床价值。方法:将360例患者随机分两组,治疗组用自拟滋阴清热口服液(石斛,生地,青黛,紫草,泽漆,旱莲草,竹叶,滑石,砂仁,肉桂,金荞麦,甘草,10mL/次,3次/d口服)治疗,对照组用左旋咪唑片、复合维生素B等,两组均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。近期疗效按:1显效:平均溃疡期缩短,疼痛指数减少;2有效:平均溃疡期缩短而疼痛指数无改变,或平均溃疡期未缩短而疼痛指数减少;3无效:未达到有效标准。远期按:1痊愈:终止复发1年以上,各种伴随症状完全消失;2显效:总间歇时间延长且溃疡数减少;3有效:总间歇时间延长但溃疡数无变化,或总间歇时间无变化,但溃疡数减少;4无效:未达到效标准。结果:治疗组的局部治疗效果有效率为79.58%,远期治疗效果有效率为90.42%;治疗组与对照组局部治疗效果差别存在统计学意义(μ=4.823,P=0.030);治疗组与对照组远期治疗效果差别存在统计学意义(μ=4.026,P=0.000)。结论:自拟滋阴清热口服液治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效可靠,服用方便,且价格低廉。
Objective： To observe clinical value of the Ziyin Qingre oral liquid on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods： 360 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with the Ziyin Qingre oral liquid, 10mL every time, 3 times a day; the control group was given levamisole tablets, vitamin B. 2 weeks for 1 course, with 2 courses of treatment. Recent efficacy： i. Markedly effective： Shortened average period of ulcer and decreased pain index; ii. Effective： Shortened average period of ulcer and no changes for pain index, or decreased pain index and no changes for average period of ulcer; iii. Invalid： Not meet the effective standards. Long-term efficacy： i. Cure： Without relapse more than 1 year, accompanied symptoms disappearing; ii. Markedly effective： Prolonged intermittent time and decreased ulcers; iii. Effective： Prolonged intermittent time and no changes for ulcer, or decreased ulcers and no change for intermittent time; iv. Invalid： Not meet the effective standards. Results： In the treatment, the local treatment efficacy was 79.58%, long-term treatment efficacy was 90.42%. The difference of the local treatment efficacy was statistically significant （μ=4.823,P=0.030）; there is statistical significance in the long-term treatment efficacy between the two groups （μ=4.026,P=0.000）. Conclusion： The Ziyin Qingre oral liquid was confirmed with good effects, and was easy in take, and low price.
