摘要
随着金融危机时航运人才市场的冲击,航海类专业毕业生就业情况发生了新的变化,航运企业对航海类专业毕业生的综合素质提出了更高的要求。在分析航海类专业学生人文素质教育必要性的基础上,针对目前航海类专业存在的问题与不足,提出了航海院校在教学过程中提高和改善航海专业学生素质的有效途径。
