摘要
目的探讨JCI标准在促进医院合理用药各环节中的价值。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月住院患者进行前瞻性监测,分析执行美国医疗机构联合委员会国际部(JCI)标准前后临床用药及药事管理方面的具体改变情况。结果经指标监控、限制性抗菌药物使用率下降8.07%,合理用药率上升6.51%,联合用药率下降6.53%。JCI组急诊配送速度、差错纠正、科间配合得分为(2.99±0.31)分、(2.62±0.59)分和(2.88±0.39)分,比传统组均有提高;临床应用后在制度掌握、技术考核、临床沟通得分均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 JCI标准可促进临床科室和药剂科的相互交流,提高药剂科的自身管理质量,可成为药剂科质量控制的重要组成。
Objective To investigate the value of the JCI standard in the various links for promoting the rational drug use in our hospital. Methods The inpatients in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected and performed the prospective monitoring. The concrete change situation in the aspects of clinical medication and pharmacy administration management before and after the implementation of JCI standard was analyzed. Results After the restrictive use of antibacterial drugs by the index monitoring, the antibacterial drug use was decreased by 8.07%;the rational drug use rate was increased by 6. 51%; the combined medication rate was decreased by 6.53%. The scores of emergency dispensing and delivering speed, error correction and department coordination in the JCI group were （2.99±0.31） points, （2.62±0.59） points and （2. 88±0. 39） points, which were increased to some extent as compared with the traditional group; the scores in the clinical application of system mastering, technology assessment and clinical communication were improved signifi- cantly, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The JCI standard can promote the mutual exchange of clinical departments and pharmacy department, improve its own quality management of pharmacy department and can become an important part of the quality control in pharmacy department.
