摘要
目的归纳中药材、复方制剂中胡芦巴碱含量检测方法的研究进展。方法查阅国内外相关文献进行综合分析。结果概述了不同中药材、复方制剂中胡芦巴碱含量的测定方法,主要有色谱分离分析方法、薄层色谱检测法、电泳分离分析方法和仪器联用分析法,可为胡芦巴碱中药材及复方制剂的质量标准制订提供参考。结论中药材及复方制剂中胡芦巴碱的检测方法研究虽然取得了一定的成果,但随着科学技术的发展和对药品质量控制要求的提高,还需采用更快速、精确的检测方法。
Objective To summarize the research progress of the determination methods of the trigonelline content in Chinese medicinal herbs and compound preparations. Methods The comprehensive analysis was performed by consulting the related literatures at home and abroad. Results The determination methods of the trigonelline content in different Chinese medicinal materials and compound prepara- tions were summarized, mainly including the chromatographic separation analysis method, thin layer chromatography, electrophoresis chro- matographic separation and detection method and the instrument combination analysis method, which could provide reference for formulat- ing the quality standard of Chinese medicinal materials and compound preparations containing trigonelline. Conclusion Though the study on the detection method of trigonelline in Chinese medicinal materials and compound preparations has achieved certain results, but with the development of science and technology and the increase of drug quality control requirements, the more rapid and more accurate detection method is also needed.
