摘要
综述了纤维素基生物降解塑料共混法、化学改性法及微生物法三种典型制备方法,介绍了CO2释放量检测、生物降解半衰期检测、生物降解塑料分子量检测、微生物侵蚀形貌观察及生物降解性能指标检测等生物降解性评价机制。纤维素基生物降解塑料是未来新材料发展的重要领域,将会朝着低成本、广应用、降解速度可控和完全降解的方向发展。
The typical synthesis methods for biodegradable plastics based on cellulose and scientific evaluation mechanism of biodegradation have been introduced for the application of natural cellulose and development of biodegradable plastics. Meanwhile, biological evaluation of degradation mechanism was also discussed, including CO2 release amount detection, biological degradation half-life analysis, molecular weight determination, microbial corrosion morphology observation and detection of biological degradation performance. Low cost, broad application, controllable biodegradable velocity and biodegradation were considered as the direction of biodegradable plastics.
