摘要
目的观察茵陈蒿汤联合宝乐安在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床疗效。方法 76例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。对照组进行常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加服茵陈蒿汤,宝乐安,通过检测血清胆红素浓度观察其疗效。结果治疗组胆红素日均下降值为(55.43±30.28)umol/l,明显高于对照组(40.34±28.32)umol/l,P<0.01.平均治疗天数,治疗组为(4.55±2.51)d,明显短比对照组(6.76±2.86)d,P<0.01.结论茵陈蒿汤联合宝乐安用于新生儿黄疸治疗,可迅速降低血清胆红素水平,明显缩短治疗时间。
Objective To observe the Yinchenhao Decoction combined with Baolean in the clinical curative effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice .Methods 76 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups .The control group was given conventional treatment;treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy , plus service Yinchenhao Decoction , Bao Lean, by measuring the serum bilirubin concentration to observe its effect .Results In the treatment group decreased bilirubin daily value is （55.43±30.28） mol/l, significantly higher than the control group （40.34±28.32） mol/l, median duration of P〈0.01.the treatment group （4.55±2.51） d, significantly shorter than the control group （6.76±2.86） mol/l, P〈0.01.Conclusion Yinchenhao Decoction combined with treasure for neonatal jaundice treated can rapidly reduce serum bilirubin level , significantly shorten treatment time .
