摘要
地方高校青年辅导员队伍是学生管理工作一线主力军,他们对于辅导员角色的职责履行、权益保障、价值认同和职业发展等方面有着许多期待。由于实际情况与角色期待在政策落实、学校管理和学生期待三个层面存在落差,也使他们容易产生角冲突而出现职业倦怠。为了让地方高校青年辅导员健康成长,加强地方高校思政队伍建设,可以从地方教育主管部门、地方高校和青年辅导员自身三个维度出发,调和冲突,达到角色和谐与角色实现。
Young counselors of local colleges and universities, as the main force in the student management work in the front line, have many expectations in terms of performance of duties, rights, value identity and occupation development. Due to the gap existing between actual situation and role expectation in terms of government policy, management of colleges and universities and students" expectations, role - conflict and occupation burnout are unavoidable. In order to make them develop healthily and consolidate counselors'team construction of local colleges and universities, we should reconcile the conflicts and achieve role harmony and role completion in three dimensions such as the local education authorities, the local colleges and universities and the young counselors.
