摘要目的观察替吉奥联合多西他赛方案治疗老年性晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法选择50例经病理组织学诊断的老年晚期胃癌,采用替吉奥联合多西他赛方案化疗,2个周期后评价疗效,如果病灶缩小或稳定则继续化疗,直到病情进展或患者不能耐受化疗。按WHO标准评价疗及毒副反应。结果有效率56%,其中CR1例(2%),PR27例(54%),NC21例(42%),PD1例(2%);中位肿瘤进展时间为7.4个月,中位生存时间为14.5个月;主要的毒副作用为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、手足综合征和肝功能损害。结论替吉奥联合多西他赛方案治疗老年性晚期胃癌疗效较好,毒副反应能耐受,值得临床推广使用。
