摘要
目的探讨延续干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病出院患者自护行为和生活质量的影响。方法将105例病情稳定的慢性阻塞性肺疾病出院患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例)。观察组实施院内和院外干预,院内干预包括出院前肺康复技能指导和自我管理培训,院外干预包括门诊复查、定期随访和举办健康教育活动等。对照组出院时接受常规健康教育,出院后进行不定期随访。连续干预1年后评价效果。结果干预后观察组SpO2及最大呼气峰流速值、自我护理行为及生活质量得分显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论延续性干预有利于提高患者自护行为,从而改善肺功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the impact of transitional care on self-care behavior and quality of life in COPD patients discharged from hospital. Methods A total of 105 stable COPD patients discharged from hospital were randomly divided into an observation group（53 cases） and a control group（52 cases）. The observation group received in- and out-hospital interventions., they received pulmonary rehabilitation education and self-management skills training in the hospital, and received outpatient visits, regular fol- low-up, and health education after discharge. The control group was given traditional health education before discharge and irregu- lar follow-up after discharge. The effects were compared at the end of the one-year intervention. Results The values of SpO2 and peak expiratory flow, and the score of self-care behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention （P〈0, 01）. Conclusion Transitional care can effectively improve self-care behavior of COPD patients, thus to improve their pulmonary function and quality of life.
