摘要
基于经济效应的视角,构建福建省承接台湾产业转移效应评价指标体系。运用模糊评价模型对指标体系进行综合评价,实证结果显示,福建承接台湾产业转移对福建产业结构的影响较大,但对带动福建产业升级方面的效应有限;台资企业给福建带来的产业关联性不高,台闽产业转移并没有产生明显的技术溢出效应;福建在引进台资行业结构方面处于落后局面。福建省应加强决策,在发展规划、对接模式、分工布局等方面采取措施,以提高福建省承接台湾产业转移经济效应。
Basing on the perspective of economic effect, it builds the effectevaluation index system of undertaking industrial transfer of Taiwan in Fujian Province. Using fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the index system for empirical analysis, it shows that its influence on the industrial structure of Fujian is great,however its impact on the Fujian industrial upgrading is limit. The Industry Association of Taiwan funded enterprises bring to Fujian is not high, and Taiwan＇sindustrial transfer did not produce technology spillover effect, meanwhile Fujian is far behind other provinces on the introduction of Taiwan industry structure. Fujian province should strengthen the decision-making, taking measures in the aspects of development planning, docking mode, the division and layout, in order to improve the economic effect of Fujian province to undertake industrial transfer from Taiwan.
