摘要
目的:通过对广西2003-2012年儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价,寻找薄弱环节,为加强儿童保健工作提供科学依据。方法:采用密切值法对广西2003-2012年儿童保健工作状况相关指标进行纵向和横向的综合评价分析。结果:密切值法纵向评价中,2003-2012年广西儿童保健工作质量逐年提高,2012年度的儿童保健工作评价最好,密切值为11.648;2003年度的儿童保健工作评价最差,密切值为0.000。密切值法横向评价中,全国31个省(市、自治区)的儿童保健工作质量存在地区差异,广西儿童保健工作质量综合评价在全国排位仍然比较落后。结论:各级政府部门应全面强化儿童卫生保健服务的宣传教育,合理配置妇幼卫生资源,提高资源利用效率,促进儿童卫生保健服务的可及性和公平性,缩小城乡和地区差异,采取综合干预措施进一步改善儿童卫生保健服务,提高儿童健康水平。
Objective： Through the synthetical evaluation and analysis on the quality of child health care in Guangxi from 2003 to 2012, we further understand the overall development and weaknesses of child health care, and provide empirical reference to strengthen child health care. Methods： Close - value method was used to analyze the indicators of child health care situation both horizontally and longitudinally. Results： In the longitudinal evaluation, the quality of the child health care improved year by year, according to the grade and sort of the output quality from 2003 to 2012, year 2012 ranked the first, and the value Ci was 11. 648; year 2003 ranked the last, and the value Ci was 0. 000. In the horizontal evaluation, there were differences among the 31 provinces in quality of child health care; the quality of child health care in Guangxi was still backward. Conclusion： Government departments at all levels should strengthen the propaganda and education on child health services, allocate maternal and child health resources reasonably, improve resource utilization efficiency, promote accessibility and equity of child health care serv- ices, reduce urban -rural and regional differences, take ali effective measures to improve child health care services and improve children~ health further.
