摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe/Ce/改性天然沸石类芬顿催化剂并对孔雀石绿水溶液进行非均相降解研究,考察了其催化特性并研究了催化剂投加量、H2O2投加量、初始pH值、孔雀石绿溶液初始质量浓度和反应时间对孔雀石绿降解效果的影响,并对孔雀石绿降解特性进行动力学分析.结果表明:催化剂投加量3.0,g/L,H2O2的投加量为67.0,mg/L,初始pH=8.0,初始孔雀石绿溶液质量浓度为150,mg/L,在此条件下,室温反应30,min,孔雀石绿溶液脱色率可达97.3%.孔雀石绿溶液的降解速率常数为:k=2.12×10-3.
A Fenton-like catalyst, Fe/Ce/modified zeolite, was prepared with a sol-gel method. A heterogeneous degradation research was carried out on malachite green (MG) solution. The catalytic property of Fe/Ce/modified zeolite was investigated and the effects of catalysts dosage, H2O2 concentration, initial pH, initial MG concentration and reaction time on degradation efficiency of MG were studied. And a kinetic analysis of the degradation properties of malachite green was conducted. The results showed that under the conditions of catalyst dosage 3.0 g/L, H2O2 concentration 67.0 mg/L, initial pH 8.0 and initial MG concentration 150mg/L, the decolorization efficiency of MG can reach 97.3% after 30 minutes of reaction at room temperature. And the degradation rate constant for MG degradation was k=2.12 × 10^-3.
