摘要
在天然气长输管道的放空设计上,没有成熟的理论和方法来设计,所以研究各种方法的优缺点至关重要。一般来说,设计放空系统要先初选各种设备的参数,然后带入初选参数进行水力计算,进而进行比选确定方案。在完成了选型和水力计算以后,选取可能出现的最恶劣情形进行后果模拟分析。各种计算方法和模拟软件在使用过程中都各具优点和缺点,适用工况各不相同,为了更准确的设计放空系统,需要根据放空工况和物理参数,优选各个方法配合来进行放空系统设计。
There is no mature theory and method about design of venting system for gas transmission pipeline, so it is very important to study advantages and disadvantages of various methods. In general, parameters of various devices should be selected primarily, and then primary parameters are put into software, finally optimal solution is determined. After finishing type selection and hydraulic calculation, the most serious condition will be selected to simulate hazards consequence. All calculation methods and simulation software have advantages and disadvantages, applicable conditions are not identical. In order to design venting system more accurately, the design should select optimum method based on workine conditions and physical parameters.
