摘要
目的：探讨血管介入栓塞联合超声引导下清宫术终止子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院近5年来确诊为子宫瘢痕妊娠的患者17例，采用双侧子宫动脉介入后灌注杀胚药物，栓塞成功后2～24h在超声引导下行清宫术，术后监测血β-hCG。结果17例瘢痕子宫患者栓塞术均成功，未出现严重并发症，清宫时出血少，术后血β-hCG下降快，预后好。结论血管介入栓塞联合清宫术治疗瘢痕妊娠是一种有效、治疗成功率高的治疗方案，临床可推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intervention embolization in artery with ultrasound guided used for the treatment of Caesarean scar pregnancy（CSP） about complete curettage of uterine cavi-ty .Methods Seventeen patients diagnosed as CSP from a retrospective analysis of the past five years in our hospital were got involved with the drug of chemotherapy to bilateral uterine artery ,and were completed curettage of uterine cavity with ultrasound guided in 2~24 hours after embolization successfully ,then the bloodβ-hCG was detected after the surgery .Results All the 17 cases were successfully embolized .There were little blood bleeding and no serious complications in complete curettage of uterine cavity .The bloodβ-hCG descended ideally .Conclusion The treatment of intervention embolization in artery with ultrasound guided is a safe ,effective and hight success rate method for CSP ,and it should be promoted in clinical .
