摘要
当工厂作业成为国内建筑业的生产主流时,技术环节的设计必然会渗透到建筑师的日常工作中。本文通过比较分析欧美两个不同时代的建筑师,分别在工业化建筑领域中所做的研究和实践,阐述其团队的研究领域,核心产品与技术开发,以及对于建筑设计的时代意义。对于国内建筑师的借鉴意义在于,应用工业化建筑发展的目标不再是大量、快速建造,而是建筑师通过设计,实现成熟工业技术向建筑生产的转化,实现精致的制造与建造。
Since off-site pre-fabrication gradually takes majority instead of on-site construction in China, technical process design becomes common work for Chinese architects. Through introduction of western architects, with their theories and practices in two Machine Ages, three aspects are analyzed and compared： the roll of architect with his technical team, the development of products and techniques, and the contemporary importance to design. Regarding the significance from western to Chinese architects, the goal of industrialized building is never the mass or rapid construction, but for technical transfers from mature industrial technology and delicate accuracy of manufacture and assembly.
