摘要
根据项目反应理论,提出了开发"智能化计算机考试管理信息系统",对该系统的试题与知识结构、参数估算、自适应计算机考试等功能作了阐述,以通过该系统把低素质的员工筛选出来,对其强化培训直到达标,实现整体职工素质的提高。
According to the item response theory, the paper points out the development of "Intellectualized Computer-based Test Management In- formation System", illustrates the tests and knowledge structure, parameter evaluation, and self-adaption computer tests, so as to select out the staff with lower competence, enhance the training and realize the improvement of the competence of the whole staff.
